Buying Manager / Property Sales Manager – Sales / Customer Service Opportunity
Handforth, Cheshire
Up to £23,000 DOE Plus Commission
As leading home buyers, our client operates throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. They specialise in buying and selling any property and offer the best price to the seller in the quickest time. They are currently looking to recruit a Buying Manager / Property Sales Manager to join their team.
This role would suit a commercially astute and results orientated sales professional with management experience, looking to develop their career and earning potential with a market leading company.
As a Buying Manager / Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of seven to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding performance. This will involve monitoring performance, managing training and development, ensuring adherence and developing processes in order to meet revenue generation targets.
Additionally, you will be involved in the negotiation of property purchases, as such outstanding client care and a personable and understanding approach is required in this soft sell environment. You will be tasked with:
- Delivering quality, effective solutions for clients
- Identifying opportunities for cross selling debt management services, mortgage business and lettings
- Conducting viewings and inspecting properties with the use of research tools
- Liaising with clients, identifying their needs and recognising opportunities
To be considered for the role of Buying Manager / Property Sales Manager, you must have:
- Significant sales experience
- Customer service experience
- A proven track record of managing a team
- A full valid driving licence and your own transport
- Experience in the property sector
Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills with strong relationship building, negotiation and influential skills. You must also be adaptable and versatile with the ability to react to a variety of situations in a positive and professional manner.
Although not essential, telephone based sales experience would be a distinct advantage to your application.
